has anything changed in the JB world?

If i JB with redsn0w can i just plug in to itunes and do my updates manually or do i wait for the dev teams to release the udpates?

If you're asking whether you can upgrade the firmware on a jailbroken device and keep everything, I don't think so.

Haven't kept up to date with the current JB scene...

I read it's a lot eaiser to JB without loosing files, restore etc so i wondered if any other advancements have been made! Guess not, no big problem, thanks!
