I've just upgraded to Sierra, and now after three consecutive scroll movements, the trackpad scrolling distance doubles or triples. There was something similar in El Capitan, but I must have found how to fix it because I can't remember it being that way lately. I wonder if there is a fix for Sierra? I would like to either disable this acceleration or reduce the distance multiplier.

PS I don't want to disable scrolling inertia. I just want the scrolling action to be consistent.
