Reduce Transparency Keeps Turning On

Does anyone know how to prevent "Reduce Transparency" from turing itself on (in accessibility).

Every time I close my Macbook Pro or restart the machine, it auto turns itself on. Getting very annoying. I hope its not a glitch, but it probably is.

Try repairing permissions and reboot the computer.

I'll give that a shot thanks...I am so well versed in Mac stuff...can't believe I didn't start with that.

Create a new user account, reboot the computer and see if the issue happens in the new user account.
