Hey

I unlocked with Ziphone but I feel like reflashing my baseband to redo the unlock with iLibertyX. Does anybody know how to do this? I used Ziphones refurbish, but it didnt seem to do anything. It did a couple of things, and then my iPhone just turned back on and was working as if all I did was a restore.

Any other ideas on how to reflash the 04.04.05 baseband to a fresh one?

thats basically it, it erases it leaves you in dfu mode to restore to a fresher one. So your all set unless you had a 4.6 bootloader and you downgraded the bootloader with ziphone then your stuck with that bootloader and maybe even screwed for updates

I had a 3.9 and I was aware. But the refurbish didnt seem to erase the baseband. I mean the baseband is still unlocked (even though the phone itself is not jailbroken or activated, I can see my provider on the top left corner).

I did 3 times. Apparently theres some way to use ziphone by command line and I've heard that should work. But honestly I have no clue how to do that lol. Any ideas?

I think I pulled through with a baseband reflash finally. I did it in iLibertyX by ticking off wifi/edge/bluetooth reset. Although I had no way of testing considering an unlock was done at the same time as that, so there was no intermediate step to see if my sim card gave "no service". If anybody could confirm this it would be great, thanks.
