iPhone Reflective dock not showing any longer

Hi All,

I had to reset my settings in order to get my GPS Lockscreen and Springboard to get the proper location. It is a known fix for the MyLocation issue. Anyway, when I reset and set all my settings up again, I lost the reflection in my dock. I am not hiding the reflection in Springtomize and I downloaded Reflective Dock to try to get it back will no avail. I also set up Winterboard in the exact same way as it was before the reset. What other settings could be doing this? What file in the dock adds reflection? I'll just add this if I need to.
