The earliest we might have of something, is the WWDC, 6th-10th June.

I got one of the Samsung 9 series but the touchpad suks so i want to return it and get an air

The general consensus is, if the current one does what you want it to do, and you need it, buy now. If you are tempted by a potential update in CPU, but probably a decrease in GPU, then wait.

If you wait and you don't like the update, you can always buy an old spec from a reseller, or an Apple refurb model!

June or July according to the latest rumors. I'd recommend waiting if you can.
