I download Foliobook 4 to try as it had a 14 day trial option. However, to download it I had to pay the yearly subscription. After 15 minutes of trying it I decided I did not want it. I cannot figure out how to get my refund. At the moment the purchase price is pending on my account.

I look at the web site for the developer, apple support without success. Can anyone help?

I got a refund from the app "bikemap" about a month after I downloaded it. I was charged on my Apple Card, but the program didn't work. While I don't know for sure, I think I ordered the program with a different Apple ID. I typed in my refund request and about 1-2 weeks later, the charge was refunded to me.

FWIW, I think I saw a report that people to ask for too many refunds, have problems.

I haven't asked for a refund before.

The app only shows up as a subscription. My only option is to cancel the subscription but that just means I won't be charged agian in January of 2022.
