should i get a refurb blackbook which is:

Refurbished MacBook 2.0GHz Intel Core 2 Duo - Black
13.3-inch glossy widescreen display
1GB memory
120GB hard drive
6x SuperDrive (DVD+R DL/DVD±RW/CD-RW)
Built-in iSight camera
(last years model)

or this years 2.16 white macbook...brand new...only difference is 8x superdrive..and would cost me about 150 more....

oh yeah..would i still be able to purchase apple care within 1 year? or do i have to purchase it right away...

since this is a refurb things mite be different...and i want it to be really good condition....

so let me knwo what u guys think

k nevermind ...i ordered...i ended up saving close to 200 for the same specs....except i got a 2.0ghz as oposed to a 2.16...and my superdrive is 6x not 8x

haha...i just had to jump on it...its a black macbook...it just looks too good...plus i save cash on it....

i even called the sales rep twice...they said their refurbs r as good as new...not even a scratch....

im soo excited....
