I bought a refurbished 20" Imac through Apple's website. I had second thoughts about keeping it after reading about the upcoming updates. My question is: I opened the box, but haven't plugged the computer up, taken it out of the wrap, etc. Will I still be subject to the restock fee? On Apple's site it says that anything opened is subject to it. But since I didn't use the computer I wasn't sure if that was considering 'opening' or not.

Thanks.

Technically it would be subject to the restocking fee under Apple's policy since it's been opened. You can always try to plead your case and see if you get a sympathetic rep when you contact them about a return, but I wouldn't really hold your breath.
