If a customer calls in asking about bizarre things that are out of the employees realm of knowledge, one of two things usually happen. Either they get transferred endlessly, or a rep will just tell the customer what they want to hear to get them off their phone.
I dont behave this way to my customers. But I know many people in my company that due. And unfortunately, I know very well this runs rampant in call centers, as management wants calls cleared out of the centers as fast as possible. Thats why I question it. The rep placed me on hold for about a minute, and supposedly spoke with her supervisor. She came back with it would ship with Leopard. Their website says otherwise. So that is why Im distrusting.
