Refurbished iMac prices

Hello,

I am planning to buy a refurbished iMac 27in (2015) from the refurbished store. My question is that do the prices go down as soon as newer iMacs are announced? I am planning to buy one now, but could wait a month or so if I could save a few $$$. Don't need top of the line system. My current Mac mini is just not powerful enough for my video editing needs.

Sure they go down it's not the current machine anymore it can't be priced the same as the new one.

They won't go down until the new iMacs start appearing in the refurb store in 3-4 months time.
