iPod Refurbished ipod nano 3g (yellow screen)

Hey guys,

I just got my refurbished nano yesterday, today I noticed that while in cover flow the screen is almost completely yellow. The only part that it is 'white' is the status bar at the bottom (sound/time left). Will it get worst with time? I am guessing this is why it is a refurbished item? Do you think I can get a replacement?
