Region 0 rips

Hi all! Quick question about ripping a region 0 dvd (Dead Set series) to my mac pro. Been dien to check this series out but before I buy I wana see if I can rip it. I cant seem to find out if my drive is compatible with different regions. I use MTR which offers different regions as a setting.... Any ideas on where I can look to see it will work.

Region settings only affect playback, not ripping.

^^^ Plus a region 0 disk is region free meaning it either has no region flag set or all 6 region flags set, meaning it will play in any region.
