Regnum - Free online MMORPG coming to mac?

Hi everyone,

There is a great online game available to Windows and even Linux users, but not Mac yet! They will however buy some development Macs to create a client for Mac OS if their petition reaches their goal of 10000 signatures.

This is a truly fantastic game, imagine this added to the Mac online gaming arsenal! Just hop over to the petition site and add your name, doesn't hurt to give this game a try. You might even switch out from paying for WarCrack!

I might try it on my Linux box then I'll decide. Although it doesn't look to good for the Mac Version. It's been over a month and they have had only 90 people

I know eh? The issue is that many current players (well, maybe something like 90) want their buddy on a mac to play. The begging and pleading on their forum turned to a challenge in that if us, the players, are willing to go out and get 10000 Mac people aware of and interested in the game, they will blow the cash on Macs for development of a client.

I don't think anyone has done anything in the past month really. I am finally taking some initiative though and posting on relevant Mac forums! Hopefully we can ramp up those number of signatures!!

The homepage says they have 332,856 registered users.

HOWEVER... it also says that there are only 845 players online right now.
Sure, it's only a Tuesday night, and that's not exactly prime time.... but if there are only 845 players online right now, then you'd be lucky to get 200 sigs

Yeah, That's what I mean You have to think of how many people would really want a mac version. It seems that they don't even want to make a Mac version, which is why they picked a number that is unlikely to be reached. If they really wanted to make one they would have just done it.

Yes, it's obviously a developer conspiracy that keeps people from signing a petition for a game nobody's ever heard of.
