Ok, so I feel really retarded asking this question, but where is garageband on my softwqare restore DVD and how do I reinstall it? I recently reinstalled OSX and Garageband isn't in the apps folder anymore. I tried to pop in the DVD and install it, but I can't figure it out? What the heck? I know I'm going to feel like a real ass after you guys point out my obvious oversight, but I just can't find it.

Thanks for your help :)

2 things:
1. This is in the wrong forum. It belongs in "GarageBand discussion".
2. Due to the large size of GarageBand, it probably isn't on the Restore DVD. I would guess that it is on a separate DVD that also came with your computer (I don't have or use iLife '04, so I'm just guessing here...).

nope, no other disks came with my computer. Onlu Disk one and two of the install and restore. iMovie and iPhoto were installed, but iDVD and Garageband weren't. I put in the second DVD, and all it had were different language files. I dont know what to do...maybe they didn't give me all the disks with my computer?
