Hi there
I could use some help from someone who knows about those things.
I have a jailbroken iphone (7.0.4)
For MANY reasons I would like to reset the iphone with a fresh IPSW.
I'm afraid that a regular attempt to use the restore option, with a downloaded version IPSW (7.0.6 for example) won't be possible, as it will have to be verified by apple once it is installed, and for what I know apple stopped supporting earlier (than 8) versions of ios.
Is there any way I could go through with it? What do I need to do prior to restoring?
I thank anyone who could help:)

Either iLexRat or Semirestore will set your device back to factory without the need to use iTunes to restore.

Have used it a few times when I didn't want to upgrade because there was no JB available but needed to restore.

Will those programs restore to iOS7 if you've made the mistake of upgrading to iOS 8? I've just recently joined the JB community, so basically I'm a total idiot when it comes to this lol.

Edit: nvm a quick google search aswers my question. Is there a delet function? Haha
