Good news! I just got a free iPhone!! YAY!
Bad News! It's Broken! Not YAY!

When it turns on, it just keeps rebooting until the battery drains, and when i plug it into iTunes to restore it, it isn't recognized, on all my comp's (PC and Mac)

My guess is that the second part is bad drivers, or missing ones for that matter, and the first problem can be fixed w/ a restore, which leads me to the 2nd problem again.

So my question is this: How can i reinstall the drivers so any of my computers will recognize it?

thanks in advance

try holding down home and power until iTunes logo appears? Give it a shot...
