Is it possible to reinstall macOS Sequoia? I tried booting into recovery mode because there was no installer online for Sequoia, Crazy enough is the fact that recovery mode said to reinstall macOS Sonoma than Sequoia. Anyway, because I could install Sonoma then update to Sequoia, I know the long and annoying way, It was not an option due to the fact that the installer said the volume can’t be downgraded. Can you find a way?

I'm not sure I'm following... You installed Sequoia, and want to reinstall it...but recovery mode is telling you to install Sonoma first? If so, you need to erase the disk first, before installing Sonoma.

Your other option would be to create a bootable USB installer for Sequoia. There absolutely is an installer online for Sequoia. A link can be found at mrmacintosh.com.

You can make bootable usb by following this thread: https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/sequoia-bootable-usb-installer.2428712/

There is an ipsw and InstallAssistant.pkg for beta 1

which you can use with apple configurator to restore the mac with sequoia: https://support.apple.com/en-au/108900

which you can use to make the bootable usb

Furthermore if you already have sequoia it does also give you the option to reinstall sequoia:

In restore screen we see this:

reinstall sequoia.png

So then select Reinstall macOS 15 beta and click Continue

This is likely going to look different but similar for future betas/release candidates/public releases

On the other hand if you made the bootable usb you would find the process goes much faster as it will already have been downloaded.
