First of all the actual apple "community" on the apple site is a joke.
I am having trouble with Apple Pay after reinstalling Mojave VIA USB. My Mac has a T2 chip so I had to change the security settings to allow usb booting. After that I receive an error message that says "Can't setup Apple Pay due to security change". I have tried reinstalling Mojave like 3 times, and I have ran a diagnostic on my Mac and everything passes. I made sure all boot security settings were set to default, but Apple Pay still refuses to work. Anyone have any experience with this? I read the Apple KB article they have over this which has not helped.
