All Devices Reinstate Someone's Memoji

Hi

I had a quick scan for existing questions but couldn't see anything. Apologies if it has, and please point me in the direction of it!

For one person I chose to not accept their Memoji profile icon on iMessage, but now I would like to allow it. I can't see any way to do this...does anyone have any ideas?

I think the only way is to switch iMessage off and back on
