Rejailbreaking for 4.0

Hi:

I have just downloaded redsn0w_mac_0.9.5b5-4 for Mac. I have a 3G phone on 3.0 FW that was jaibroken with ultrasn0w. Should I just be able to run redsn0w straight away to re-jailbreak to upgrade to 4.0?

If so, what is the best video and best place to get the ipsw?

Actually, should say I jailbroke with redsn0w and unlocked with ultrasn0w the first time....

Then install ultrasnow from cydia to unlock.

so I should use redsn0w and use the ipsw from the iClarified instructions, or should I use Pwnage Tool 4.01 to create a custom ipsw? What is the advantage there?

Also, step 9 in the iClarified instructions says to plug in the phone. But above it never says to unplug it. Should I have unplugged it above?
