When a new album is released on the iTunes store, is it released at exactly midnight of the release date? I'm looking forward to the new Taylor Swift album on Monday and was wondering if I should stay up to get it.

It really depends on where the artist or company is based. Most of the releases I look forward to are based in New York and far over in the UK. Most of the time they are available around 6pm and 10pm.
