iPad Pro Remap ASK keys (need ESC for vim)

Hi guys.

I'm about to get an Apple Smart Keyboard from my 10.5 iPad Pro. However, I also want to use it to ssh into my servers and use vim. Which is why I would need the ESC key, but that's missing on the ASK. Is there a way to emulate it? Or better, to remap another key to be ESC?

Try CTRL+[ or adding ":inoremap jj <Esc>" to your vimrc to use "jj" instead of ESC.
