Reminder App bug?!

Hey guys anyone else having a problem where there Reminder App just says "completed" I can't move it at all or make a new screen. When I first downloaded i os5 it showed "reminders" as well....but now it just says completed with one circle at the bottom. This is the second time this happened. I reinstall the whole OS and it worked for awhile then reverted back the same way!

Any help or suggestions?!

just restored once again and it was fine then after a few hours went back!

Has anyone else experienced anything like this?
