Reminder App... Why is this happening?

For some reason, when I go into the reminder app, instead of the lists showing, all I get is a bunch of numbers. I keep trying to delete them, but they keep coming back? Is anyone else having this issue? How do I fix it.

Can you take a screenshot and post an image, so we can see the problem, maybe then someone can help

This is what the screen looks like. I took this picture, then deleted these phantom lists. This morning, they are back. ??????

Try deleting the "Reminders" calendar in iCloud (the website, icloud dot com) and making a new one to replace it.

If that doesn't work, I'd suggest emailing Apple with this screenshot. I don't remember seen anything like this before
