0. Backup phone to icloud (or Pc/Mac)
0.5. Make sure WhatsApp is backed up. If not included in main backup, do from setttings in app
1. Delete credit cards off wallet app
2. Turn off findmyphone
3. Turn off location sharing
4. Log out of apple id
5. Reset and Erase phone in settings->general
