Anyone else struggling with reminders ? I created one list labeled groceries ., I put a list of groceries in this list . When I want to make a reminder wether it be for tomorrow or next week , this reminder will automatically go into my groceries list ?? I’m confused ., any suggestions?

Maybe you made your groceries list your default reminders list, check under settings reminders list default.

I'm having different issues with Reminders. The app under iOS 13 is a complete s***show. Trying to mark something as complete freezes the app for 30 seconds to a minute or more before marking it complete - if it does it at all. Syncing between even Catalina beta is spotty. And don't get me started on the decision to make it incompatible with Reminders on iOS 12 or not allowing you to revert back to the old version until they get the kinks worked out.

Try deleting the app, restart and downloading the app again.

I'm a little afraid to. It says it will delete all of its data but it can be downloaded from iCloud again. Problem is, iCloud isn't exactly syncing great with it right now so I don't want to lose everything.
