Reminders and folders

When I first opened up Reminders it was populated with some folders, or rather, some calendars that I created under my old MobileMe account. Reminders was also populated with some folders, or rather, some calendars that I created under my current account. I was able to delete most of my MobileMe calendars and than recreate those calendars for my current account. I say "most" above because all but one MobileMe calendar will not delete. I tried renaming the calendar, that does nothing. I even opened iCal to see if that calendar still is there.

Any thoughts or ideas on how to get rid of that MobileMe calendar?
