'Reminders' app on iPhone 6 driving me nuts

Hi

I have set up a new list (shopping) on the pre-installed reminders app. I have have ticked off all items on the list and the smaller circles now appear in the bigger circle to denote that the task has been completed. However, I can't delete the now completed list itself. All I can find to do is 'edit' or 'show completed'. I want 'delete list'. Anyone have any ideas?

if you hit edit you should be able to hit 'delete list' that then appears at the bottom

however if all you have is one list (and the New List tab) then I don't think you're able to delete the final list?

Try creating a new list first (hit plus on New List and give it a title) and from that point onwards you should be able to hit edit on your old list and get the delete option displayed at the bottom

That works. It seems that you can only delete a list if you have two open which will always leave you with one list open. Seems odd.
