So I was disappointed that when adding a new reminder, you have to associate a time with the date. I just wanted to be able to have a due date, not a time for specific tasks.
I was just playing in iCloud on the web, and if you add a new reminder in Calendar (click on the settings gear, NEW REMINDER), you can give a task a due date. Open it on the iPhone, and it''ll have a "due" field in addition to the "remind me" field. Thus, you don't have to specify a time for a task.
But I can't replicate this on the phone itself. Adding a new task doesn't give you the "due" option, just the "remind me" option. Thus, I have to specify a time for each task.
Or am I somehow missing that option?
