Universal Reminders App Shared Lists not sending Updated & Completed Emails or Notifications Emails

iCloud Reminders used to send Email Notifications every time an item was added to a list, when the list was shared with other family members. It would then send reminders as items were completed.

This feature no longer sees ms to work and I have ensured that "Send Email Reminders" is turned on in the iCloud Calendar.

Is anyone else receiving emails from their shared reminder lists or did Apple discontinue this?

Is so is there another TODO app that will pop notifications when a list is being modified?
