Reminders not syncing between iPhone and iPad.

I have the same iCloud account set up on both devices, and reminders turned on under the iCloud settings on both devices. For some reason, reminders still aren't syncing, any ideas?

I've activated iCloud on both my iphone 4s and my ipad2 but my reminders won't sync. PLEASE help! Thanks!
