Reminders via Siri - time/date added when asked

Running the latest Public Beta, but had it during the first.

Asking Siri to set a reminder for a specific time or date doesn’t work.

What you ask will be created as a remind but the specific around the time and date are not added to the reminder.

Me: “Remind me in five minutes to send email”
Siri “send me” (no time)

Me: “Remind me on Saturday to go out”
Siri: “go out” (no date)

I’ve checked all setting but can’t see anything wrong.Anyone else experiencing this?

So strange. Even turned on show speech to see if that made any different.
