Remote access of Mac from windows-mac over internet

how can take remote control of mac over internet from windows ??
what is the best way to take remote control of other mac from our
windows or mac system over internet ??
i want to give remote support even if they are anywhere !
except team viewer etc.

now i tell that why team viewer out of que ?
i want to give support to corporate users so every time its not better way to ask him-her for there id or password ......
is it possible that i take one time live ip of him-her macbook so i don't need ask ip - id - password ?
she - he connect with usb data card with different - different network when they are out of country.

If the customers connect to a different network, the IP will not be static, thus a new IP is always needed.

just tell me that . i asked question bcos m confuse, most up customer is using 1 or 2 network not more , so may i manage it ?
if he -she using single network with USB data card then how can i ask or take IP from it ......

Maybe use something more along the lines of gotomeeting, where you are able to invite people to your session and then control their screens.
