Remote Computing

An article on 9to5mac.com said you can remotely connect to another computer just by using MacOS X Lion. (http://www.9to5mac.com/54102/10-7-lion-allows-multi-user-remote-computing)

Does anyone know HOW to do this? I can't find it ANYWHERE! Thanks!
