Remote control app?

I know there is iLoveControl (which is for a professopmal setup), but what I would like to see is something like Harmony develop an app for the iPhone. Obviously there would need to be some sort of WiFi or Bluetooth device with IR repeaters. But just thinking of the how nice the UI would be should inspire someone to develop this. Maybe even have both WiFi and Bluetooth so I can control my PS3 as well.

I'd pay for that. The free remote app from apple is nice, but I'd love to also have control over the AV receiver that my mac mini is hooked up to.
