Hi

Howto remote control iOS device (from Mac). I wish to write text message on mac with normal keyboard and send it trough iOS. I don't wish to use an external web service.

Found something with Google: http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/remote-control-iphone-computer with VNC server on iOS (but sadly requirement is jailbreak)

Might try that out on my iPod Touch then seeing as I jail broke that the other day. Could be worth looking into at least!

There is no official Apple sanctioned way to do this. You WILL require jailbreak, unfortunately.
