Hi all,

Got my first mini, and set it up this weekend. So far, it is working well.

The problem is that I'm currently using an HDTV as a monitor. I'd like to use my 24" Samsung LCD, but I have to use it for my Windows 7 PC (gets more use now). The LCD only has a single DVI input which the PC is using.

I realize I could get a DVI KVM switch, but those are not cheap. Is there any software for Windows 7 that would allow me to access the desktop of the mini?

I guess Teamview works via open ports, and tunnels via internet through their servers?

Actually, I may spring for a DVI KVM switch. The quality is only mediocre, and there is a bit of lag.

oops nevermind. it misread your post. sounds like you're trying to share a mac and pc with a single display.

turn on screen sharing on the mac and use vnc.

How do I use VNC with windows?

I think I will be better served by a hardware solution. I'm going to try a Gefen DVI KVM I found for $50.
