Many people with this ... remote app no working in Snow Leopard 10.6.2, iTunes 9.0.3, iPhone 3.1.2 ... Here's what I've tried so far:
1) Re-created my iTunes library.
2) iTunes>Preferences>Devices> "Forget All Remotes"
3) Created test account on Mac Pro with fresh iTunes library
4) Re-installed iTunes.
5) Turned off my firewall.
6) Open ports in my router.
Apps like SnowRemote or iReciver have the same problem... APPLE need to do something with this!!!
I am able to type in the code but at that point it says it cannot connect to my library due to my firewall. This is impossible because the firewall is off.
Remote app running in Leopard NOT in Snow Leopard, try in 3 Mac´s, one of them with Leopard, running OK!!, 2 with Snow Leopard, guest what? same problem!!!
Any help?
