So unlike many people I want images to load automatically however despite unchecking the option they still aren’t loading, any ideas what I’m missing?

Just to add I don’t have this issue with ipadOS15 or Monterey

Having same issues. Went straight from 14.7.1 to 15 Beta 4.

Correction I am now seeing the same issues in Monterey and iPadOS

Seems to be fixed in beta 5
