So a question was presented to me today that I honestly can't answer, and I was hoping one of you might know the answer...
Since iPhone OS 2.0, Apple has had the ability to "remote kill" an application on all iPhones. Does anyone know what the process behind this is? Would I call Apple directly and tell them I think app x is selling my info? How long does it take to kill the application across all the devices?
I am totally clueless about any facts, just have thoughts....so I thought it would be fun to call Apple and try and get them to answer, but I had low hopes. I spoke to two people. The first told me i was lying, there was no such feature, and wanted me to provide her proof....
The second laughed, said she had no idea what the process was, and doesn't know anyone who does, and then said that was all she could do and ended the call...
I'm just curious...I have a sneaky feeling this will end just like the "App Approve" process that Apple has...I'll never really know :-(
