Remote Volume Control Problem

When I change my sound output device to something besides the Internal Speakers and use the remote to control the volume... clicking up or down once raises or lowers the volume to max or min... instead of just altering the volume by 1 square.

Any idea why this might happen?

I'm having exactly the same problem. Did you ever figure out what the problem was? It's becoming really annoying now trying to use FrontRow without waking up the whole street!
