Removal of Wipr and it's left over files

The other day I was reading about Wipr and decided to buy it instead of using the free version. I was not able to find how to pause it as the instructions said, so I chose to delete it. Anyway after some trial and error it now seems to be gone with exception to 4 or 5 items left over in my library.
My question is how do I know if it is safe to remove those items? I'm a long time Windows user, as well as IOS user but am clueless how to remove left overs after being deleted.
I'm sorry if this post is in the wrong location. Any help would be great.

Yes it does. It still works fine under Mojave.
