I am looking for a tweak that will kill the badges on folders. I am trying to be very minimalist approach to my jail breaking, i think i can install springtomize to do this but all i really want to do is remove folder badges so i am looking for something that does only that.

I removed mi Jailbreak about 3 days ago and then re-jailbroke and i am only adding back the stuff i really (really want).

So far i have Bite SMS, Folder Enhancer and action menu. So far these are adding the functionnality that i felt that iOS needed. I am seeing no slow down at all from these three tweaks, before when i had more tweaks i did notice some lag on the phone when swiping between pages and opening some apps.

The last thing i am looking for is a way to remove the badge from folders.

"No Folder Badges" by chpwn.

It's surprising how no one mentioned Springtomize 2.

Maybe because the OP said he didn't want it.

I was trying to do it without springtomize but thanks for the suggestion anyway. I was able to use "no folder badges" it work like a charm, again thanks to all.

I like this minimal approach to my JB and so far I have made the changes that I find of value and let all of the other stuff go (ranged from “nice to have” stuff to just silly tweaks).

I really do not understand why Apple has not bought BiteSMS or at least incorporated some of its capabilities into their message app.
