When I'm looking at photos the ones received via Messenger have "From $SendersName" in the top center of the pic. I don't CARE who sent them to me, and I wish to be able to just look at the photos as they are without the notation. Is there a way to remove the "From" tag? Thanks in advance.

It depends on how you copy or import them to your mac. If you use the "download icon" on the right side of an image (see screenshot) it will import it to the default application (Photos) and then will show who it came from as you described. If you simply "left click hold" and drag to the desktop or do a "right click" copy and paste AND then put them in Photos the "who it was from" will not be there as they are treated like your own photos.
