The data in there is super important. Develop a muscle memory to NOT hit it.
For who?
If I shot the image- I should have a fairly good idea of the details. Should I need to go back and re-fresh my memory, it should be placed out of sight, and the user should look to find the button instead of the button being RIGHT THERE.Users interested in the shooting details of an image. As a photographer, I'm interested. I previously used a 3rd party app - ViewExif; this is simpler.

I don't know. Maybe this complaint can spark interest and motivation to change it for someone who has the reach and ability to do so.If I have a lot of images, there is no way I would recall at some later time f-stop, ISO, shutter speed for each individually and I doubt anyone else would, either. It's there and you'll just have to live with it or use another app - e.g., HashPhotos - for interacting with the Photos library.
Nothing will happen unless customers submit feedback, have you done that?I don't know. Maybe this complaint can spark interest and motivation to change it for someone who has the reach and ability to do so.
Until then, I will suffer.
I'll try. But this is easier in case there are any "secret shoppers" around.Nothing will happen unless customers submit feedback, have you done that?
I’m convinced that’s not how it works. ? I know quite a lot people who pestered Apple in the past about getting to access the info implemented. ?I'll try. But this is easier in case there are any "secret shoppers" around.
I too find the "info" icon way too sensitive. It seems to open for nearly every photo I touch especially if I'm going through and reviewing several photos. It's a pain. Can it be either less sensitive or can be turned off and on in Photos. Thanks.Looking to disable/remove ⓘ symbol in photos. I keep mistakenly hitting it. It’s entirely useless IMO.
How?
I'm glad this nuisance fossil can be reached.I too find the "info" icon way too sensitive. It seems to open for nearly every photo I touch especially if I'm going through and reviewing several photos. It's a pain. Can it be either less sensitive or can be turned off and on in Photos. Thanks.
