remove jailbreak on iOS 9.1 but without upgrading

Hi can anyone help? I'm jailbroken on iOS 9.1 but want to remove, then reinstall it due to problems I've been having but don't want to upgrade to newer iOS. Does anyone know a way of doing this? Tried impactor but it comes up with an error
