Does anybody know how to remove a calendar listed in the “other” category in the iOS 14 calendar app? It doesn’t show up in calendar settings in then ”subscribed” section, and. Cant see anywhere else to add it.

apparently in iOS 13 it used to be in the “accounts and passwords” section, but that’s gone now as far as I can tell.

It's a built-in iOS/Apple calendar from what I recall -- you can uncheck it so that you don't see it and don't get notifications from it, but that's more or less it.

Ahh I see, I was beginning to wonder if it may be built in. I wonder what it uses to identify which calendar to show?

I’ve got my system language set to English, but based in France.

I'd imagine it would pull that information based on some sort of regional settings either from the device or perhaps the particular Apple ID/iCloud account used on the device.

On further inspection of my settings it turns out I had the “region” in language&region set to UK. Having now set it to France I get the French public holidays as desired. :)

thanks a lot!
