How can I remove the password requirement when TM launches or delete the current TM and start over without a password?

When do you mean? I have a password for my Time Machine SSD but my Mac remembers it, so I'll only have to enter it when I switch to a new Mac.

If you really don't care about the current Time Machine drive, then you could format the drive to an unencrypted format using Disk Utility (built-in to macOS) and then set up Time Machine again. Just keep in mind that this means anyone who has physical access to the Time Machine drive will be able to see all your data.
