Remove Software Update

Well the keyboard update for intel macs made my macbook pro, whos whine was only intermittent, to be completely constant, and now not fixable with the mirror or photobooth trick, which it was before. the only way to get rid of it is to leave the isight on constantly. how do i delete this update?
